While we take care to clean items properly, we cannot guarantee complete removal of all stains. Some stains may be permanent or require specialized treatment beyond our standard service. We will inform you if we notice any items that may require special attention.

Customer Responsibilities

Please inform us of any specific instructions for your laundry items. This includes pointing out stains that need special attention or noting any fabric sensitivities. Ensure items are ready for pickup at the scheduled time. Please remove valuable items from pockets as we are not responsible for items left in clothing.

Pricing and Payment

Service pricing is based on the type and quantity of items. We will provide information about costs before processing your order. Payment is due when services are completed unless other arrangements have been made. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.

Cancellation and Changes

You may cancel or reschedule services with reasonable notice. We understand that schedules change and will accommodate adjustments when possible. For recurring services, please provide adequate notice for any changes to your regular schedule.

Liability

We exercise care in handling all items. In the rare event of damage, our liability is limited to the current value of the item. We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or instructions provided by the customer.
